Railway Station Golfo Aranci
The renaturalization intervention refers to the transformation of the area of the Golfo Aranci railway yard that extends for about 4 km. Thus, the redevelopment refers to a vast surface that from the new Cala Moresca railway stop reaches the area adjacent to the Porto of Golfo Aranci and overlooking the Golfo Aranci station. An intervention of considerable urban, environmental and landscape complexity.
Landscape Design
The project envisages the demolition of the large elevated junction, now disused, linked to the operation of the commercial port, and critical from a landscape point of view, constituting a caesura between the built-up area and the new area being reconverted.
Renaturalisation
The area subject to intervention includes more coastal areas, more inland areas composed of rich vegetation and natural paths and areas in contact with more frequented streets and areas. Likewise, the entire project of the new Cala Moresca railway stop is the result of a design that takes sustainability principles into account.
